We are available to meet with you in our office, through the Internet with videoconferencing, or over the telephone. To decide which option is best for you, please consider their pros and cons:

Office visits provide a traditional, comfortable, safe and confidential environment. At the same time, it may add more commute to your already busy schedule. If you live far from Bergen County, NJ, commuting to our office may not be an option at all.

Videoconferencing delivers all of the benefits of an office visit, with the additional bonuses of saved time and energy. It improves privacy, adds comfort, and reduces stress. All you need is a computer equipped with webcam and microphone, free easily available user friendly software, and a private comfortable environment. On the negative side, some people who have never used videoconferencing before may experience a certain psychological barrier. Our experience shows that as soon as people get used to the technology, they find it friendly and comfortable. In fact, after a few minutes in the session, people tend to forget that they are not in the same room and possibly halfway across the world.

The Telephone allows you to consult with us when you can't visit the office or access a computer. The benefit here is extreme flexibility; you can talk to us from virtually anywhere if you can find a private place. The obvious shortcoming is the absence of non-verbal clues that help people to understand each other. Our regular clients are entitled to brief telephone consultations without charge.
